Orders & Shipping

All US orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days . All orders are shipped from our business location in San Diego, CA. 

We partner with USPS. Most orders in the US will take about 2-5 business days to be delivered via USPS First Class Package.

Return & Exchange

We're confident you'll love your Ponder candles, but if for any reason you don't, we have a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unburned and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us using the below form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Candle Care & Burn Tips

If you're going to burn one of our candles, follow these simple steps:

- Trim the wick at least ¼ inch before burning.
- Keep the candle away from drafts, vents or air currents.
- Burn for 2-3 hours each time you light the candle. This will help the candle burn evenly.
- Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire, especially things that are flammable or could start a fire if the candle were to fall over. Keep them out of reach of children and pets too.

Ponder candles make thoughtful gifts. Let us know by emailing hello@ponderfragrance.com after placing your order to let us know that you want your order to be a gift order. We will make sure to not include the price tags. Custom cards or note can be added with a little extra fee.
